However, the case of the French forward has been quite a mysterious one, and a recent report published in this regard by MARCA goes on to show how the ineptitude of the Merengue medical department worsened his situation.
The report cites the French journalist Daniel Riolo and claims that the Frenchman was recently very angry with the medical team, and travelled to France to seek external opinion. The reason for this anger was that the medical team at Real Madrid had cleared Mbappe after the game against Celta Vigo only after assessing his right knee, while the injury was in the left knee.
Ultimately, this error became the driving factor behind the firing of the entire medical team. For now, he has already returned to the pitch, and is currently away from Real Madrid, as he is training with the French national team.
